My Lounge

Good to hear from you.  Glad you are thinking of TRI's.  They forever changed my running.   If you can find a duathlon around you - they are the best of both worlds and no swimming to start with.

Thanks for the addition of the article!

Hi Lam,

Thanks for taking the time to write the recent post on blood donation - it's an instant useful classic - may I add it to the Lounge?

Also, your most recent post of where you are going was an interesting reflection.   I would encourage you to tri a tri or du - they are so refreshing.  And last but not least, I was surprised that coaching wasn't on the list.   You are a natural!

From the last podcast you joined, your phrase "Protect your next run" goes through my head everyday!   You are welcome to join our Sunday podcasts anytime!

Hope your running is going well!  Just wanted to drop off a quick note
to let you know we are always adding new resources to the Lounge.  We
recently completed the first in a series of “Getting Started” podcasts
where we talk about running topics for the runners who are getting into
running for the first time or restarting for the hundredth time.   The
second podcast in this series is coming out this week – so check back
soon!

There is also a Getting Started Lounge Group
for runners to exchange information and questions about all types of
running topics.   Stop by and chat or leave a question with runners
just like you.

Keep running,
Amy

Thanks much!  It is up and out there under nutrition and hydration!

Hi Lam,

Fantastic article on your blog on nutrition and eating habits.  Would it be ok for me to republish it in the Lounge with a credit and link back to you?

And maybe the earlier Part 1 version - I don't think I grabbed that one.

Also - Love, love, love Malcom Gladwell's books.  I gobbled it up as soon as it was out.   I guess that makes me a bit of a geek - but love his stuff.  Wish I was as smart as he was....

Thanks so much! I have added it under "Staying Motivated" - The lighter side.

I will send you some questions today!

Wonderful post on Running As Art! Beautifully said! Could I add it as an article to the Know How section? The Know How section is kinda like our own little museum so it needs a place to be kept for others to enjoy too! :}

Also, I would love to feature you as our Open Mic Interview - would you have an interest in answering a few questions?
