Hi Christine,

Can you send me your address so we can arrange for you to receive your
Sport Wash.  Also, I have spots for just a few more who would like to
try Sport Wash.  Can you recommend any Loungers who might appreciate it?

Send to tom@runnerslounge.com

Very sorry to hear about that! Injuried are so frustrating and I bet being the ankle means you remember it with every step.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery!

Hi Christine,

Just checking in - how is your running going! I was rereading your report from early April - that looked like a fun & muddy race.

What's next for you?

I saw you are part of the RunUMother group - so can I offer a Happy (early) Mothers Day!

I know what you mean. A 9:05 pace sounds better than a 9:13!!! Are you running the Cherry Blossom this Sunday?

I did. I'm actually feeling really good today, just a little bit of soreness (I had IT band pain during the race). I finally broke down and took some Advil today, I hadn't taken any since Sunday morning. We have our Team In Training Victory Party tomorrow so I'm excited about that. :)

Hey Christine
Congrats on your marathon! Way to BQ!
I did the half. My garmin had me running 13.28 so I know what you mean about the course feeling long. I was pretty happy with my results. Because of some naging injuries I'm not in the shape I was last year at this time. I was hoping to do a 2:05 and I ended up doing 2:00:40. I'd have broken 2 hours but I had to stop for a bathroom break around mile 3. I didn't have enough time to stand in the lines at the start. :(

Hey Christine
Saw your name mentioned in the latest Runner's World. That's pretty cool. I was in last May's issue. There was an article on 101 Kicks in the Butt and I was # 6.

Hi Christine
I'm a fellow RRCA Coach. Wow, you're 36 and have been running for 25 years!
That's fantastic! I've only been running for 4 years. I hope I can keep running for another 21.

Thanks for the tip! They have a nice page on where to find a coach too. I added a link to the Running Resources section>Coaches/Trainers so others could find it if they need it.

Thanks Amy.
That list is actually from the RRCA website, where I was certified. I would imagine it would be fine as long as RRCA was mentioned as the source of the top ten list. Where would you like to post it?
:)
