I started my Think Spring! Half Marathon Challenge to help me stay on course for my spring half marathon.


I am going to try to do at least one 10 mile run each month to stay on track with my running.

I love the idea of dissecting your shoes. I would just be worried about forever contaminating my knife. My old shoes are pretty gross.
