Been running with the Capital Striders on Saturday mornings but otherwise I've been sticking to the treadmill. So tired of this weather.

Lately, I have being a bit lazy or recuperating a sore knee (combo runner's knee and IT Band - sore above and below the knee cap), so while the wind is blowing, I have been inside not even on the treadmill. Can it be Spring yet?

The Red Flannel Run was fun...I didn't dress up besides my stocking hat that makes my head look like a striped gum drop. I'm saving my scottish kilt for something special! ha!

Aspen? Wasn't all the #$%#$ snow enough for you here in Iowa? :} Hope you are doing something fun there.

Thanks for the heads up about RW videos - they have really done a nice job putting more out there. I really like their training videos.

The race is this Saturday in Des Moines. You can do a 3 mile run/walk or a 5 mile run. Here is a link to the registration (http://www.dmymca.org/support/upload/news_111_pdf.pdf) - lots of people dress up I guess but probably not me!
