Married, with 2 daughters. Empty nest this year and enjoying it. The shoes and the mountains remind me of two of my passions in this life.

At one point in my life I thought running was nothing short of ridiculous. Now when I miss a run I get grouchy. I am not a fast runner, but I am keep working at it. I aim for 1000 miles per year. I like to run several 5k races a year which allows me to get on the track to do some speedwork.

12/31/07-1005 miles for 2007. This is the 8th year in a row for running at least 1000 miles.
