Hello Michael,
I'm doing the Country Music 1/2 marathon in April 26, 08. We are having a get-together for the 50 & DC Marathon Group. Look for our marathon group there.

Love your recent post on the perfect moment. I think it applies to running as well as life. Hope all is going well with your training.

Amy, I have asked both our Nashville and Dallas team leaders to start lounge groups. Hopefully, they will get that done quickly.

60 in a few days is a great start. The best part is you have 60 additional people to "twist arms" on your behalf. You may want to have you or your team leads start a Lounge Group so they can exchange notes and questions among the all the runners. It would be a fun way to keep the momentum building. BTW- the half is my most favorite distance. But your enthusiasm has recharged my love for it.

Tom and Amy,

Thanks for your encouragement. I am going to post about the Runner's Lounge today. I am also recording our recruiting progress on my blog (right-hand sidebar). As of this morning, we have 60 people signed up. Now the arm-twisting begins!

Hi Mike, so glad to see you at the Lounge! More organizations need leaders like you. Two half marathons in three weeks is a great example. I'm betting you have a great time. Amy and I and other Loungers will enjoy following your progress! Let us help in any way we can.

Welcome to the Lounge! Tom passed along the link to your 1/2 marathon post - it was a very good post! If you have a chance, I would love to have you add it under the marathon advice section or if you would like, I can add it as an article under the marathono topic.

And Wow - I love your challenge to your employees - you must keep us updated with the response and progress from your employees.
