I ment a 4th of July 5k. But I have run a 5k the last three Saturday's. The courses where long on two of them. My acurate one was 18:18. I have been running well. I have only had a one speed work out.
I have been to Jamaica. I went on a mission trip for 6 weeks back in 89. I stayed in the middle of the Island most of the time. It is an interesting place and people. Never pay retain. They always barter! Have a great day!

HI Lucky!
Have fun! Enjoy the cool ocean breezes. Lots of cool places to see in Jamaica. I am running a 4th 5k in Ft. Collins I think. I was thinking about running the Copper Mountain Half marathon. What kind of training are you doing for the next two years?
You buddy

Have some fun this next month! You are lucky or just blessed! I am probably going to run mostly local stuff this summer. I want to do a few hikes in Estes Park this summer. Denver will be great. I have run very well the last two years and have really enjoyed that marathon. I seem to have a great time running in Denver. I also like Ft. Collins alot! I have been pritty competative the last few years and this year just seems different! I am into lifting waits and running right now. Well eat some food and have a great cruise. Sailin off into the sunset! How romantic!;)

Great Resources Rebekah! I'm not yet signed up but I'm thinking about the Steamboat 10km. I'm pretty sure the altitude will be an issue and I think anything further might be a little painful! Hope the training is going well and thank you for the follow up!

Hey Lucky!
I just learned how to make a tissue paper dance! Just give it a little boogie!

Hey there! I'm so excited!! I got my last long run of the week in yesterday and it felt really good. Now if the weather cooperates we'll all be good! :o)

Congrats on the BB qualification! That's awesome! I confirmed that I'm in the MD wave -- back in slow, easy pace! :o) Since you've run the race before, can you tell me what the course is like? I've heard from a few that there are quite a few hills. For this Nebraska flatlander that sounds a little intimidating!

Hi Rebekah!
Yes I'm planning to run Boulder this yr. It's my first time running this race, but I've heard it's a blast. I'll be traveling down from NE with a couple of my friends. I'm not exactly sure what wave I'm starting in (I don't see it on the registration) but I typically run right around a 10 minute mile. How about you?
