I love the outdoors!! Running, biking, hiking, skiing (water and snow). I work at The Principal and I'm also a sign language interpreter.

I started running in June of 2007, and I could barely finish a mile. After finding a great support team, five months later I was able to finish strong in the Des Moines Half Marathon. Experiencing the benefits of running has given me a lot more self-confidence and life-long friendships.
