Good day all! I have never considered myself to be a runner. With a 5'10" and 220lb frame, I would hardly say that I am the prototypical runner. I have accepted this challenge for personal reasons and I hope to turn this corner in my sedentary life and maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.

My goal is to actually finish the San Diego Marathon without having to be escorted by any emergency personnel.
