I started running in track in 1994, I continued to run Track and Cross Country until 2002. I stopped running for several years with the occasional road race without training. Then in beginning with Race for the Cure in 2006 I realized I was out of shape and so I have continued to since then.
My favorite race has been the Dam to Dam; which I participated in: 1997, 1998, 1999, 2005, 2007, 2008.

I finished my first marathon on 10/21/2007 in Des Moines!
I'm planning on running the Tulsa Route 66 Marathon in November '08.

I currenly livein Bondurant.
My other interests include: My wife, rock climbing/mountaineering, camping, movies, politics, religion, beer and my job as web developer.
