I'm a graduate student in Exercise Physiology. So while I know all the science behind running, it's still hard for me. I started running seriously (as in, with a plan) Summer 2007, but got sidelined for a bunch of reasons (mostly excuses, I'll admit it). So I'm embarking on a new running journey.
Goals:
1. Run 30 minutes - no stopping
2. Run 3 miles - no stopping
3. Run a 5K (4.19.08)
