I run because I am in need of a stress releiver, so as to prevent me from taking my frustrations out on my sons, my students, and my teaching staff. I am a high school principal, and in order to be a good role model I need to take care of my body, my mind, and my soul.....hopefully my students will see me living what I teach.
Run a sub 1:30 half-marathon.
