Use the Stick at least 5 times daily, as frequency of blood flow is key to recovery. Go to the point of mild discomfort ... you might be a bit tender the next day(s), but notice how the pain level goes down.

So excited you're running Chicago Marathon. I've run it many times and it is the best marathon. You'll have a great time! Hang in there with the training. I see from your blog you have a 20 miler coming up. Take it slow and you'll get the most out of it.
