You have a great blog. I enjoyed reading about your SFM marathon and also about your recent plan to enhance your training. Great list of ways to improve.
My daughter just moved to Sacramento, and I'm thinking about running the CIM. But there's a certain matter of getting through Chicago Marathon first.
