Hey Tracker! It was so good to meet you today. As you saw on my blog, I was absolutely THRILLED with my performance today. I think it was the perfect day for running.

Best of luck on the Seafair half marathon. I'd be running it this year but I'll be out of town. (I love that they changed the course so that we're running over 520. I drive the darn thing so much, I might as well run on it!)

I read your story and was quite moved! I felt as though so many things you wrote about, I have just recently experienced! I too began running in January on a treadmill after feeling that way on the elliptical - and only started running 1 minute at a time! I've since run a 5K, 10K, and 15K in training for the 500 Festival Mini Marathon (half) that I am getting ready to run in May. I also am trying to lose weight too - I started at 237 and currently have made it to 215. Thank you for sharing your story as it has truly been an inspiration!!

Wow Tracker, it takes a lot of dedication to lose 108 pounds. I lost 60, and lost my motivation to lose more. I'm just happy that running allows me to keep it off.
