I began running February 2004 to lose weight. I lost 40 pounds over the next year. In 2006 I attempted my own business which took all of my time and left none for running. I gained 20 pounds of that back during 2006-2007. I attempted to try and get back to running in 2007 managing to get in 260 miles for the year. But do to lack of consistency I am no where near where I was in 2005. This year, is the year, I will not only get back to where I was in 2005, but surpass it.
To be better then I was in 2005. To get back to half marathon level and be able to run it in under 2 hrs. Between running and other forms of exercise (XT), get down to 200 lbs.
