I hear Iowa is just like Canada and only ... 20 hours of driving. Heck, you can swing through and pick up Bill on the way down.

Damn work. It is so overrated. Let's ditch it all and run across North America. Very slowly. And drink and eat much.

I think it would it make a wonderful reality show of some kind. We would search for the perfect cookies, find other beautiful runners like us and run free....

I should have been more clear - it isn't a fuel belt, just a small belt that carries keys, phone, a few dollars and GU. I wear it even when I am not running but out with the kids.

I still drop off water on my runs instead of carrying it with me - I just can't switch over. I feel like carrying around all my extra pounds is more than enough without carrying around water. :}

Nancy and I had a good talk about you today on our run. We were thinking how much fun it would be to have you along. I told her when I got back to the car we should call you....but when we got back of course we were out of time.

One of these days...we are all going to meet up somewhere....

Hope all is going well - the rain will end and all will be well with the fanny pack again. I am a SPIbelt convert and love it!
