Looks like your running very well! I will see you in Denver! I am hoping for nicer weather than last year! I spent 30minutes in the medical tent warming up after that race!

No race on the 4th! That is unAmerican!;) I ran in Ft. Collins! I got smoked by Kara Roy! She went 17:30! I wore my hat and ran 18:03! I had a blast on a perfict day! The trials have been very exciting and interesting! What happened to Alan Culpepper? Peace out! JOhnny
