Thinking of you as you are in the "mid to late" part of your training.  It is the hardest part for me.  I hope you take a few days off and get your body recharged.

I'm not really in St.Louis the city per say, but U city is a good area to run.  I live in Kirkwood and it is awesome with lots of parks and trails in the park.  There is also always forest park I haven't run it in awhile but it is nice too.  I hope this helps.  It is getting cold here so bring your cold gear, it's not too bad I havne't taken any of my runs to the y yet.  This is my first year running in the winter so we shall see

For your question about runs in St Louis, you may want to drop a note to sarahjoaustin, cruzin42, dabigleap, runnerchic and see if they know any good routes.  I don't think any of them live in STL, but might be close.
