Started as a recreational runner, then became a competitive runner, then ran on national level in Austria, had my share of injuries, found a device called 'The Stick' that made a huge impact on my running carreer ( prolonged it), and now I work for the company ... still run recreationally now, do a couple of races
Might want to become competitive again in the next year or so and see where my training will take me ... enjoying the journey :)
