I am a mom to three, a wife, and a middle school counselor. I have been running since high school and even though I still run almost every day, running has changed from being about competition to being about doing something for me. I run few races, but train almost every day. Most of my training is done early in the morning and I cherish the days that I can get out and run on the trails in the day light.
I do not have any running logs yet.
