Started running a in July 2006 (peer pressure), ran my 1st Marathon March 2008. I usually run 6 days a week, at least 5 miles a day. I'm a slow runner, I wish I could be fast, but I'm never going to be, I was not meant to be fast, but I do try...
The big thing I'm training for is the American Odyssey Relay in April 2009, there are 12 of us and we have 200 miles to cover in less than 24 hours, it should be a hoot!
I just finished my first 20K in September - 1:59, this was super fast for me and I was very happy! My second marathon was in San Francisco in August at 5:14, about 20 minutes faster than the one in March.
